Last week traffic was diverted onto the new section of hwy194 at Dutch Creek Road in Valle Crucis. A facebook report commented that it looks like DOT was preparing to change the traffic flow between the stoplights and move the lower stoplight further up the hill, just past the Tom Shook Road curve.
Below are three pictures taken of the new section on Monday December 27.
