Governor Roy Cooper has joined President Donald Trump in ordering all United States and North Carolina flags at state facilities to be lowered to half-staff tomorrow, November 7, 2017 until sunset on November 9, 2017 in memory of the victims of the church shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
US and NC Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, November 9th.
