- At 600 PM EDT, As heavy tropical-like thunderstorms continue to
develop across the warned area this evening, rainfall totals near
favored elevated locales may top out at 5 or 6 inches. Developing
flooding of streams and eventually larger rivers in the area is
likely as the evening wears on.
HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
