Various construction operations continue today on 321 in Blowing Rock with flagging/lane closures with pilot truck ops scheduled from Rock Rd to Cone Orchard Ln for paving. With most of today's' operations occurring between Norwood Circle and Cone Orchard Ln, motorist can expect moderate congestion and delays through this area of the project. As always, motorists are encouraged to slow down and remain alert for crews and equipment working alongside the roadway and crossing/entering/exiting the roadway at various locations throughout the project.
Tuesday February 28

5:09pm – Wreck on 105 in Boone near Super 8 motel. Expect delays.
Wednesday March 1
No construction project related traffic impacts currently scheduled today on 321 in Blowing Rock.
Thursday March 2
7:35am – Accident with injuries US Hwy 421 N at Tater Hill Rd. Traffic will be impacted.
8:54am – 421 in Zionville is back open.
