The latest confirmed COVID-19 cases in North Carolina was 398, according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services at 9:45 am.

The statewide confirmed cases rose was 398 as of 9:45 am, according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The completed test in the state was 8,502.
