Boone Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, James Martin Roberts, White Male, 19 years-of-age. Mr. Roberts is 5’10” and weighs approximately 145 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black, short sleeve, Appalachian State windbreaker, khaki shorts, gray new balance shoes and a white golf visor hat. He was last seen in the area around the ASU Convocation Center.
