An Asheville man was found deceased on a construction site in Boone on Thursday.
Boone Police and Watauga Medics responded to the site, located at 1110 Meadowview Drive, around 11:30 am after receiving a 911 call for a man found deceased inside the structure, according to a Boone Police report.
The medical examiner has determined that the 19-year-old man's cause of death was self-inflicted, according to the report. Boone Police Department detectives are investigating the incident.
