9:27am per NCDOT – @NCDOT_EastMTN: #US321 is CLOSED from Broyhill Furn. to Sunset Dr due to power outage. Town police detouring traffic through town. Drive w/caution.
9:30am- getting Facebook report that power is back on in some parts of Blowing Rock
9:46am – Currently 52 Blue Ridge Electric members without power in Blowing Rock, 321 still closed
10:13am – 321 just opened with flagman, one lane right at Holiday Inn
