    inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Spotty freezing
    rain could add a light glaze of ice.

  • WHEN…From 1 AM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.
  • IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
    conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.
