    expected.
  • WHERE…Avery, Buncombe, Burke Mountains, Caldwell Mountains,
    Madison, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell, Rutherford Mountains, and
    Yancey Counties.
  • WHEN…From 8 AM Tuesday to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
    limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
