A Trade Tennessee man was arrested on Sunday after leading local enforcement on a car chase.
Stillman Curtis Kellum III faces several charges after Boone Police attempted to stop him on State Farm Road around 11:30 am, according to Sgt. Dennis O'Neal with Boone Police. When Kellum failed to stop, the chase continued onto Highway 105 and into Foscoe before officers with the Watauga Sheriff's Department were able to apprehend him.
He is charged with: Felony Flee to Allude, Driving with License Revoked, Hit and Run, and Careless and Reckless Driving, according to O'Neal.
Kellum is in jail under a $20,000 secured bond and has a court date of July 31, 2023.
