Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected again this afternoon & evening. Locally heavy rainfall leading to flooding or flash flooding will be the main hazard. An isolated strong to severe thunderstorms is also possible.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible again Monday, mainly across the North Carolina counties from Watauga to Caswell and southward. Locally heavy rainfall leading to flooding or flash flooding will remain the main hazard with this activity.
