Single Digit & Below Zero Wind Chills Along With Snow Forecast For Tuesday & Wednesday

Another round of winter weather is expected this week in the High Country.

The National Weather Service says that light snow is expected Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. At this time snowfall amounts are expected to be less than 2 inches. In addition to the snow Wednesday morning, wind chill values are expected to range from 5 above to 5 below zero. Similar wind chill readings are expected Thursday morning.

For Friday and the weekend:
Friday And Friday Night – Mostly clear. Highs in the mid 40s. Lows in the lower 20s. Wind chill values as low as 10 above.

Saturday Through Sunday – Partly cloudy. Highs in the lower 50s. Lows in the lower 30s.

Sunday Night – Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Lows in the upper 30s.

Monday – Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Highs in the upper 40s.
