In neighboring Johnson County, a junior varsity football player was airlifted from a game on Monday night.
According to a report from WJHL-TV, Varsity Football Coach Don Kerley said the player had possible broken ribs, as well as a possible concussion, was in and out consciousness and airlifted to a Johnson City hospital for treatment.
No further details were immediately available from Johnson County, TN officials late Monday night.
