A pipe replacement will mean the closing of one side of Poplar Grove Road the week of August 6 through August 10.
The closing on the highway 105 side, near Fun N Wheels, will begin at 8am Monday and is scheduled to be finished by 4pm Friday. The section of road will be closed for the whole week, day and night.
NCDOT says that no detour will be needed, as there will be access from the other end of Poplar Grove Rd. that intersects with River Street off Hwy 421.
