northwest North Carolina, southwest Virginia, west central Virginia
and southeast West Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday.
Strong, gusty winds are expected on Tuesday night and Wednesday
ahead of a front, and again on Wednesday night and Thursday behind
the cold front.
Brief periods of heavy rain are possible Tuesday night and Wednesday
along with a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms with damaging
wind.
