and northwest North Carolina.
.DAY ONE…This afternoon and tonight.
An Air Quality Alert is in effect through midnight for wild fire
smoke.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday.
Wednesday and Thursday thunderstorm chances will increase. Damaging
winds and flash flooding are the main threats, as well as large
hail.
