This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.

Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and
evening. Damaging winds and localized flooding are the main threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Monday through Saturday.

Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon and
evening. There is an elevated risk of damaging winds, and a limited
risk of large hail and isolated tornadoes. In addition, localized
flooding is possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and will likely be
needed Monday. Reports should be submitted by calling
