This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible late Monday
afternoon into Monday evening. Damaging straight line winds
are the primary hazard, but a brief tornado cannot be ruled
out. Isolated flooding is also possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation may be needed Monday late afternoon and
evening. Reports should be submitted by phone by calling
