This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
Light snow is expected tonight and Sunday morning. Snow accumulations
of 1 to 2 inches will be possible.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday.
Light snow is expected Sunday morning. Total snow accumulations of 1
to 2 inches will be possible.
In addition, later next week, mainly Thursday into Thursday Night,
there is a threat for locally heavy rainfall.

Spotters, CoCoRahs observers, and the public are encouraged to send
their snow reports to the National Weather Service in Blacksburg, VA.
