9:03 am New River Light & Power statement – “Due to the increased demand from the winter storm, NRLP will be instituting temporary outages. First outage begins at 9 AM on the south side of 321 near Walmart shopping center. These outages will last approx. 15 min. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.”
