On Tuesday, April 09, just before 9:15 PM, Boone Police responded to a reported home invasion and robbery on Hill Street. The victim stated that unknown suspects entered his residence demanding money. The victim received minor injuries during the home invasion, assault and robbery.
While officers were investigation this incident, another report of a home invasion, assault and robbery was received from a residence on the south end of Blowing Rock Road. Officers responded and found two victims had been assaulted and robbed. Both victims received minor injuries during the home invasion, assault and robbery.
As a result of the investigation into both incidents, the following subjects were arrested and charged with Simple Assault, First Degree Burglary, Attempted Common Law Robbery, and Common Law Robbery.
D'Ray Vannoy Hall, 22 years old and Christopher Alexander Webster 21 years old.
