Heavy rains continue across the High Country this morning, with temperatures in the mid 40s at 10:15am across Watauga County. Late this afternoon is the forecast arrival of snow, 1 to 4 inches possible through 4am Thursday morning. Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect at 4pm this afternoon. Wind gust of up to 45mph possible tonight as well.
