The Town of Boone is advising motorists that road construction on Green Street is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 6th and the road will be closed.
Work is planned to begin at 8 am and last until 4 pm. The project will be ongoing for 3 to 4 months. All construction is weather dependent.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during times of construction.
