Various construction operations continue today on 321 in Blowing Rock with flagging/lane closures scheduled from Norwood Circle to Country Club Rd for ductbank work and flagging/lane closures with pilot truck ops from Rock Rd to Cone Orchard Ln for utility work. Paving is also scheduled in various areas between Norwood Circle and Rock Rd; however, this work will not require flagging/lane closures. With most of today's' operations occurring between Norwood Circle and Cone Orchard Ln, motorist can expect moderate delays through this area of the project. As always, motorists are encouraged to slow down and remain alert for crews and equipment working alongside the roadway and crossing/entering/exiting the roadway at various locations throughout the project.
