High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:
On Friday, February 24, 2017, just after midnight, an unknown white male wearing a grey sweatshirt and tan shorts entered a running but unoccupied black Mazda Tribute parked in front of Murphy’s, 747 W King Street. The suspect left traveling east on King Street. A short time later the vehicle was located in the parking lot of Mountaineer Village, 389 Yosef Drive. A white German shepherd that was in the vehicle when it was taken was also located at Mountaineer Village.
