Crime Stoppers and Boone Police Seek Help In Identifying Person Passing Counterfeit Money

High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:

On December 19, 2017, at approximately 9:40 PM, a black female attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill at Food Lion – 1864 Old 421 S, Boone, NC.  This female also passed six additional counterfeit bills at various business in the Boone area.  A surveillance photo of the female is below.
