The Diabetes Family Connection (DFC) invites children ages 5-15 living with type 1 diabetes, along with their families and caregivers, to a full day of fun and connection at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, on Saturday, September 14th from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The event includes lunch, dinner, an expert T1D panel, and a chance to win $200 toward a DFC camp or retreat.
