UPDATE 8:03pm – Broadstone Road at Camp Broadstone is back open. More photos and videos of the bridge coming down to come this evening.
ROAD CLOSING ALERT – Broadstone Road at the pedestrian bridge at Camp Broadstone in Valle Crucis will be closed starting around 6 pm. The bridge was hit by a truck hauling equipment this afternoon and will have to be taken down. Unknown currently how long that will take.
