Boone, NC – On Sunday, June 7, 2020, at approximately 10:10 am, Boone Police, Boone Fire, and Watauga Medics responded to apartment 201, at 180 Meadow Hill Dr, after receiving a 911 call for an unresponsive male.
The individual was located and found to be deceased. He was identified as Robert David Neeld, age 73, of Boone, North Carolina.
The medical examiner has determined that his death was of natural causes. Boone Police Department detectives are investigating the incident.
