App State-Georgia Southern Football Game SOLD OUT

Last Updated on October 2, 2023 4:54 pm

BOONE, N.C. — App State's Nov. 25 home football game against Georgia Southern is officially a sellout.

The game, which will serve as App State’s annual “Black Saturday” contest, will include pregame ceremonies to honor the 2023 senior class and a halftime ceremony to retire legendary quarterback Armanti Edwards’ No. 14.

App State students will receive information via email about how to reserve tickets for the game.

App State previously sold out of season tickets for the second straight year and also announced sellouts for games against East Carolina, Southern Miss (Oct. 28, Homecoming) and Marshall (Nov. 4). Limited tickets remain for next Tuesday’s nationally televised game against Coastal Carolina.

There are a select number of field-level premium tickets to the Rock Garden available for all four remaining home games that can be purchased at appstatesports.com/tickets or by calling 828-262-7733.

Eight of the top 10 crowds in Kidd Brewer Stadium history have occurred since last season, including the record of 40,168 that witnessed least year’s opener against North Carolina that was then matched by this year’s crowd for the win over East Carolina.
