locally up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
Accumulations will be more confined the ridges. - WHERE…Portions of southwest Virginia and north central and
northwest North Carolina. - WHEN…From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Friday.
- IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
