    inches. Locally higher amounts are likely above 3500 feet. Winds
    gusting as high as 45 mph.
  • WHERE…Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest
    Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
  • WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday.
  • IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
    conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures drop below freezing shortly
    after sunset. Be prepared for wet roads to become slick this
    evening. Wind chills be Monday morning will be in the single
