few isolated ridgetop locations seeing 4 to 6 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph. - WHERE…Avery, Madison, Mitchell, and Yancey Counties.

- IMPACTS…The heavy snow will create snow covered roads and
produce scattered power outages. The hazardous conditions could
