    expected.
  • WHERE…Southeast West Virginia, the mountains of North
    Carolina, and portions of southwest Virginia along and west of
    the Blue Ridge.
  • WHEN…From Midnight tonight to 4 PM EST Thursday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and
    decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
    outages may result.
