  • WHAT…Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
    expected, especially in the higher elevations.
  • WHERE…In Virginia, Tazewell, Smyth, Bland, Wythe and Grayson
    Counties. In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties.
  • WHEN…Until 6 AM EST Sunday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
    Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
    result.
