…WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST SATURDAY…

* WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest North Carolina and central,
south central, southwest and west central Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest wind gusts are expected this
evening between 4PM and Midnight. The wet ground will make it
easier for trees topple over…so be mindful if working
outdoors.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
