Counties. In Virginia, Grayson and Smyth Counties. - WHEN…Until 6 PM EDT this evening.
- IMPACTS…Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Winds of
this magnitude may cause more trees to fall than normal due to
wind damage and weakened slopes sustained during the passage of
Tropical Storm Helene last month. Tree limbs could be blown down
and a few power outages may result.
