Tabernacle theft from Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church, Crime Stoppers seeks help

High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:

Sometime between 6-16-2020 and 6-17-2020, an unknown suspect(s) entered the Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church, located at 259 Pilgrims Way in Boone, and stole the tabernacle from the altar. The tabernacle is roughly 2 feet tall by 1 foot wide, and made of yellow brass.

The Boone Police Department is asking that anyone with surveillance cameras in those areas, please check the above time period for suspicious activity.
