…Black Ice and Snow Covered Roads Expected Tonight…

Temperatures dropping well below freezing tonight will allow for
snow covered and wet roads to re-freeze. Patchy black ice will be
possible with hazardous travel conditions on untreated roads,
especially at higher elevations along the Tennessee border.

Temperatures are forecast to rise above freezing by mid-morning
Sunday.
