In Virginia, this watch includes City of Danville, City of Martinsville, Henry, Pittsylvania, Bland, Carroll, City of Galax, City of Radford, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Smyth, Tazewell, Wythe and Franklin counties. In West Virginia, this watch includes Mercer, Monroe and Summers counties.
