9:19am – The stoplight at 105 Ext and 421 is on flash mode.
10:05am – hearing reports of traffic backups on 105 at Poplar Grove Road due to students (some students) moving into the Cottages.
10:35am – From Boone PD – For those going to The Cottages traveling northbound, stay in right hand lane & leave the left lane open. For traffic going southbound on 105 into the cottages, there is a turning lane you must use. Also a reminder not to park in any roadway.
