This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…This afternoon and tonight.
There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Monday through Saturday.
Strong wind gusts are expected during the day Tuesday. Wind gusts of
40 to 50 mph will be possible on the higher elevations before
reducing Tuesday night.
Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will again be possible starting Wednesday
afternoon and continuing through Thursday morning before lowering by
Thursday afternoon.
