This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,
southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
Snow showers continue at times through Tuesday morning, mainly above
3500 feet. Snowfall accumulations will be between 1 to 4 inches
depending on elevation.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday.
Another round of snow showers is expected for the mountains Thursday
morning.
A storm system may bring mixed wintry precipitation to the area
Saturday and Sunday.
