Beginning Thursday July 9, 2015 a new traffic pattern is scheduled for activation for northbound traffic from Norwood Circle to Skyland View Drive on 321 in Blowing Rock.
Construction operations for this traffic shift are currently scheduled to begin at 8:00 am on July 9, with full activation of this new traffic pattern anticipated to be completed by as early as noon. SLOW DOWN and EXPECT DELAYS for both northbound and southbound traffic during these operations. Watch for construction crews and equipment entering and exiting the roadway in this area.
