A Mountain City, Tennessee man has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations Top Ten Most Wanted list.
Robert Lynn Fletcher is wanted by the Mountain City Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for two counts of aggravated rape, possession with intent to sale or deliver schedule II methamphetamine, manufacture of schedule VI marijuana, and maintaining a dwelling for sale of narcotics.
Fletcher is 56 years of age, white male with brown hair and blue eyes and is six feet tall.
Fletcher may be in a 2001 silver four door Kia Rio with a broken rear window, with Tennessee tag 6K55G2.
A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
