This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina, northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia, southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday.

Scattered thunderstorms are forecasted to develop late Monday into early Tuesday, and again on Tuesday afternoon and evening. These storms will have the potential of producing frequent lightning, damaging winds, and heavy downpours that may result in localized flash flooding.
