northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia and west central Virginia.

There is an Marginal Risk of heavy rainfall leading to localized
flash flooding this afternoon and evening.
There is also a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon
and evening. Damaging winds are the main threat.
