northwest North Carolina, southwest Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
Smoke from wildfires in Canada will pass across the Mid-Atlantic
today. Those sensitive to smoke may experience breathing
difficulties.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday.
There is a Marginal Risk of Severe Thunderstorms on Saturday
afternoon and evening. A few storms may produce damaging wind gusts
and heavy rain that could result in localized flash flooding.

Spotter activation may be needed on Saturday.
