The eastbound lane of Queen Street, beginning at the intersection of Queen Street and N. Water Street, and ending at approximately 247 Queen Street (Queen Street Apartments), will be closed beginning today, March 21st and will last for a few weeks. The closure will take place Monday through Friday, and will begin at 7:00am and end at 5:00pm daily.
The reason for the road closure is to help provide safety for both construction crews and motorists/pedestrians at the site of the future Queen Street Parking Deck. Motorists are advised to remain aware of the changed traffic pattern during this time.
